Brasilinda offers two main services:

1.) Turnkey: You choose the plot, bring in your plans, we take over and offer you a full turnkey price for the completed house. You can make stage payments as the work progresses.

2.) Assisted construction: You choose the plot, bring in your plans (or we can assist with this), then we will provide you with the workforce and help you monitor the construction.

If you want to build your own house to your own specification Brasilinda can locate and provide for you the ideal plot on which to build the house. We can then assist you with the planning of the project, we can help you obtain all the necessary permissions for construction and then we start:

You can have your own team of experienced builders whom you can direct and control and you can watch the progress on a day-to-day basis. Don´t be afraid of language problems: we are here! Don´t be afraid of buying construction materials for the best possible prices: we are here!

By taking this route you will be able to experience the type of lifestyle that we have here at Brasilinda. Everyone joins into the project with enthusiasm and contributes his personal skills to make it all work as a joint-venture.
